Im fuming

A lot of my problems come from me hating myself like genuinely disliking myself as a person. I expect everyone else to hate me to and if they show me kindness I subconsciously distrust them

Because I have such a low opinion of myself, I’m constantly comparing myself to others for the things that I lack which sends my mood spiralling into a self hating loop

I’m trying to learn that it’s okay to not be perfect because no one is and that everyone has their ups and downs, their negative thoughts and insecurities. That my perspective isn’t the only one in the world and that wanting to get to a point where I love myself is something. That I should show myself some compassion because I’m trying
