Long effort post but:
Yeezus is always interesting to me not only due to Kanye's comment about the tracklisting and how he "fucked it up" on purpose when he knew the original way would have been easier to be digested and to "get".
But also because only half of Yeezus is the industrial techno HipHop mix.
The other songs as I mentioned in my reply were shifted around since MBDTF to Yeezus planned for it, WTT and CS - Same with Jay's Magna Carter and how Oceans was almost a WTT song and magna + wtt also started in 2010 and CS in 2011 which led to the back to back consecutive hits of MBDTF, WTT, CS and Yeezus year after year.
Hell of a Life from MBDTF sounds like it could have slotted right into the industrial half of Yeezus easily no problem, while Hold My Liquor could fit the more grandiose side of MBDTF, Blood on the Leaves could have fit WTT or MBDTF, Guilt Trip could have fitted with 808s, WTT or MBDTF and then Bound 2 could have fitted of course the og trilogy, but also the more "straight HipHop" portion of WTT or the og version of MBDTF of going back to "the roots of Rap" that like Good Friday and Christian Dior and The Joy were parts of n the Big Sean Beyonce song.
Blood on the Leaves, Guilt Trip, Bound 2 and Hold My Liquor are Kanye norms already to that point while New Slaves felt like a mix of the industrial side of Yeezus and the WTT style, which is also the song best received on Yeezus outside of Blood, Liquor and Bound.
That's HALF of the album being " "normal" " Kanye on a 10 track project.
Workout Plan on Cole’s debut, that and Can’t Get Enough
Riding with Fader:
On Sight is my fav song on yeezus too
Perfect intro
That one is one of the few I liked more over time
I didn't hate it originally but I didn't care for it and it was odd as an intro to me
Now tho I agree with you and especially with the hindsight of the whole totality and point of Yeezus' concept
The only song I dislike is I Am A God and I'm neutral still on I'm in It - love everything tho
Send It Up specifically, which is usually overlooked by a lot of people on the album along with On Sight, has actually been one of my favs ever on Yeezus and one of my favs from Kanye in general - love it
I Am a God beat and structure is so hard and dope but man I think the lyrics, verse and chorus, is just so corny
Only real dislike on Yeezus for me and it's moreso a half dislike

Nigga rly said everyone would think that
Nigga said it was the logical conclusion that “everyone” would reach like i’m not apart of everyone

That’s crazy it’s one of his best vocal performances period

Over the song I posted which don’t even have doom on it
A lotta people would have way better taste if they didnt think they were always right
You will like any song eventually if you listen to it enough times
I don’t believe this
Either drunk n hot girls,
Or Big Brother to have the album
End officially with Good Night
I am a god is hard
The best is definition of a headbanger
The instrumentals of it and Send it Up sound like they're playing in a futuristic dystopic cyberpunk nightclub that's depicted in like a cartoon
Nigga said it was the logical conclusion that “everyone” would reach like i’m not apart of everyone
Naw but why bruh telling u how to manage ur feelings for what music u choose to like or dislike
Nigga fr acting like a gatekeeper in this bih
That’s crazy it’s one of his best vocal performances period
The lyrics are so ass tho
But everything else about it I love
I Am a God beat and structure is so hard and dope but man I think the lyrics, verse and chorus, is just so corny

the best track tbh.
i'd remove send it up or guilt trip. one of them wiuld be enough
It’s gotta be sad op never experienced the feeling of liking songs he didn’t vibe to on first listen
It’s like saying if u didn’t like Yeezus on release u can’t come back to it at a later point just cause u weren’t vibing to it in the past
the best track tbh.
i'd remove send it up or guilt trip. one of them wiuld be enough
Def Send It up. Guilt trip at least has a bit of pathos and musical variety. Send It Up is just grating and inconsequential
