To answer the question, I think the game would actually be quite different as he was quite influential and not just with “spiritual lyrical miracle rappers” or “venom rappers”
I hate the revisionist history that tries to downplay his run and his skill and I’m the first one to say that he fell off pretty bad compared to his old s***
artform would still flourish
+less nonBlack interlopers who feel inspired and entitled to b******izing the culture.

Renegade and Stan wouldn’t exist without him. Aftermath probably wouldn’t have taken off. 50 cent never gets signed. He helped turn millions into legit hip hop heads .
Not watching this but lowkey I think current mainstream music would be completely different
there’s the obvious angle of his co-sign of 50’s music or his writing on 2001 but I think both actually would’ve popped off without him, even if it manifested differently
But early odd future? Yeah, Pharrell was the clear sonic inspiration, but lyrically, everything Tyler and Earl did was so inspired by Em. There was horrorcore before Em, but his influence was so obviously dominant on their early output and the style that earned them a massive audience
And odd future’s impact from Frank to the Internet to Flower Boy to Some Rap Songs has really shaped a lot of the last 10 years of music. Maybe the alternative would’ve shifted to this point through another artist (because they largely abandoned em’s influence a long time ago) but there’s a very clear one-step-of-separation connection between the dominant sounds of today and his music
You could also make an argument for deeper impacts that he made on hip-hop because of his race and crossover appeal but I’d have to think a lot harder on whether it was a positive or negative thing
say what you want but 8 mile definitely influenced at least one generation of kids to appreciate rapping as an artform

Yes I’m sure kids in Iowa who drink faygo and attend juggalo events appreciate rap as an art form
I would have 4 less fortnite skins
I had my fortniteskin removed against my will. Now, I'm growing it back
There would be no 50 cent
No funny iconic memes
No Power
No g unit
No shady records
No Mac Miller
No Kendrick
No Cole
Dre would be irrelevant
Stan wouldn’t be part of the Merriam Webster Oxford dictionary

Just make sure your mother doesn't walk in on you and you have to explain you were doing foreskin stretches not jacking off
