    he’s obviously wayyyy out of his depth for drama. but he could genuinely have a future in comedy playing himself or a caricature of himself, basically like in uncut gems

    like both of the videos in OP would be great if they weren’t supposed to be in a serious f***ing film lmao

    i know its a troll thread but the real answer is acting lessons and stop trying to be the main character. bit parts and side characters til he improves

    tyler was dope in marty supreme and is only in the movie for bout 20 mins

    tyler was almost playing himself in that though. he was always an eccentric entertaining guy so that lends well for that role, but i’m skeptical about his range

    the weeknd on the other hand is just a dork so he’s better off leaning into it
