I'm not even lying, over the past few days it shifted me, I still don't dig a couple of tracks but the production is actually really beautiful.
I turned on Mexican Fender and I was like TF the bridge is so amazing.
Beach Boys used to irritate me, now I'm loving it (the bridge throws me off a little bit but the rest of the song is soo good)
Feels Like Summer is a BOP with White-tier lyrics.
Happy Hour is one of my least favorites but I still love the production of it.
Weekend Woman still beautiful (have pretty much always liked the song for what it is).
QB Blitz still has one of the best bridges of Weezer's career imo, that's what makes the track stick out the most.
Sweet Mary my favorite on here, I just love Weezer like that and it was another one I loved since the beginning.
Get Right and La Mancha Screwjob are pretty good, they are nice and catchy, really classic Weezer melodies.
The one track that grew on me the most was Any Friend of Diane's. That one left a huge sour taste in my mouth after it first came out, but I went back to it and I actually LOVE it. It's so different from what they usually do, but I honestly think it has turned into one of my favorite cuts from that White era (I still kinda consider it White since they were made in the same time frame with the same themes).
Real asf, I feel like pacific daydream is white but more poppy. Almost like an upgrade, not quality wise I think I'd hold them at the same when it comes to quality
Iβm heading now
Goodnight Fam -w- Iβm going to listen to kitchen tape tomorrow

Oh man I'm not too sure if I'd say it matches up to White like that, I still think White is their best album, however I think it stands completely on its own. Like I said in my other post, I think lyrics can be compared to White's, but the entire vibe is different. White was just a perfect Weezer album in my opinion, it was everything that made Weezer great in the first place and then some more, but PD is like an experimental project based off of White.
when he returns it will be like Zeus dropping a lightning bolt from the heavens, GET READY FOR GLORY

Getting drunk at 4 am, God help me
Fam I hope you just turning up out of boredom and not that it's becoming a nasty habit
Kick that habit as soon as you can, you can do it
Weezertothe sends love and strength your way

I used to have a problem with drinking every night actually but I stopped that at the end of the summer. I just been having tough times with life though and need to destress a little, I'll turn out find though. But thank you for caring

Beautiful breakdown of PD
That record grew on me too after several listens, underrated gem imo
Thanks for this
Wait what happened to @Ithaka
We don't know fam
He changed his username to goodbye and hasn't been active since
He may have burned out... (mentioned stress, troubled sleeping schedules etc.)
All we can do is pray for the best and hope he returns in good form
