salatim spread--some standard s*** like hummus/baba ganoush but they also had stuff like fermented pineapple which is p fun
we got the steak shiklish and the lamb merguez--nothing crazy but good

ERAL THOKKU--prawns, good
gunpowder dosa--good but not the absolute best dosa ive had, guru lukshmi in toronto >>
KUDAL VARUVAL--goat intestins, p good but not particularly intestine tasting?? that sounds nuts but i actually like pork intestines taste a lot LOL and these were just the texture
seasonal uttapam--guru lushmi uttapam is tastier imo but it is v nice
left is CHETTINAD MAAN--venison shank w bone marrow n all. very good
right is the goanese oxtail--rly rly rly good
their coconut rice is fire and their parotta is good--i will say their parotta is more hard and less soft compared to dhamaka--i prefer softer tbh but its personal choice ig

dessert i forgot what these are LOL
left is a coconut thing that was good, right is some saffron brioche thing that was nice but coconut was better
