had urban ritual boba for first time last night and s*** was pretty fire

the creme brûlée w the crunchy sugar bits mixed in and the toffee matcha w crunchy toffee

bad trip

cheesy fried egg. when you flip that s*** in the pan and the cheese start to melt into the egg

i almost had a Catastrophe in the kitchen
where i was making nacho cheese
but the nacho cheese curdled
but i strained out the liquid (??whey??)
and then blended the curds with a few more tbsp of milk

it actually worked

Mac and cheese always sound so good until a couple bites in

this. Mac n cheese in small portions is goat but I can never finish a full order of Mac n cheese whenever I go to those spots that only sell diff variations of Mac n cheese. S***s just too rich and really one note even w mix ins. It’s always best as a small side
