creme anglaise

haagen dazs green tea is pretty good and im really a*** about green tea ice cream flavoring

i dont buy haagen dazs's other flavors usually so idk
their vanilla bean i remembering being pretty good? has real vanilla bean which is always a good thing and can explain pricing (vanilla beans expensive)

so to me their actual flavors seem to come from better, less artificial ingredients

ice cream thats warm is basically creme anglaise

ppl pour it onto chocolate cakes and stuff

but its v liquidy

i think ina garten or someone deadass has a creme angalaise recipe thats 1 step and its just "melt vanilla ice cream"

a warm mousse would be the only thing i think of tbh

so like if you take too long to eat ice cream you are making creme anglaise

or maybe u can pass a creme anglaise thru one of those foamy bottles ppl use for whippets
