always felt i had been conditioned to hate david chang but never knew why

a lot of ppl hate on him for being super pretentious/snobbish and having strong (mostly negative) opinions on white ppl and because he talks a lot of s***/isnāt afraid to say whatever he wants. Noticed itās a lot of Chris black type hipster white ppl who love talking s*** about David on Twitter whenever they get the chance.
Also doesnāt help that heās one of the most famous chefs in the world and the poster boy for modern American cuisine. itās gonna be a lot of hate/jealousy/criticism that comes w that amount of fame/success.
Heās also gotten a lot of backlash recently for not offering free health care/not caring enough about his employees during covid or some s*** like that.
Before David Chang French fine dining was like the pinnacle of what every young chef aspired to and doing a stage in France was almost mandatory but now everyone just wants to be the next David Chang (maybe not some much now in 2020 but when he first started poppin)
