we had shrimp mango salad, chopped clam on grilled rice paper, koji marinated steak w rice paper wraps, den bigass blue prawns (no pic) also grilled like da steak, and lemongrass ice cream / viet coffee ice cream

Tbf they must expect it when they’re that cool looking

But also unless you just ask for the bill and leave cash on the table and leave, they’ll probably notice cuz I feel like most restaurants grab your plates while you’re still there right after paying and you know damn well they’ll notice their cool scissors that people obviously often steal aren’t in the plate anymore. Just the thought of that and knowing they’d give you a real condescending look while grabbing your plates would give me too much anxiety to do it.

Unless I left a hefty tip to counteract the shenanigans and then in my mind it would feel like mine and the waiter/waitress’ secret
