i was watching this serious eats video for hand pulled noodle n the guy used bread flour for extra qq chewiness and nutritional yeast as a dough relaxer so it stretches bettr
so i decided 2 do that for my noodles,,, i need wayyyy less nutritional yeast for the hand ripped noodles tho next time,,,, i think it was a lil 22222 stretchy but the noodles were so good aaaa
i made tilapia kabayaki for dinn w simmered daikon radishes on da side,,, bf made chips out of the radish leaves n they were so good crumbled n sprinkled ovr everything furikake style 🥳
idk what to do w the radish stalks tho,,,,, if n e 1 has ideas pls lmk 😰
i was thinking bout blanching them n serving them w hoisin sauce like they do w that 1 veggie at canto joints but idk if radish stems r 2 peppery tasting 2 tast good like tht

I don’t normally have cream at home bc unhealthy so I can’t compare tbh but I like it the way I make it!
Melt 1tbsp butter and sauté a clove of garlic in it. Lower the heat. Slowly add a tbsp of flour while stirring to make the roux. Slowly add 2 tbsp of parmesan. Add like half a cup-3/4 cup milk and stir. Add salt and pepper.
You can add more milk/flour if you like it thinner or thicker or more parmesan if you like really cheesy Alfredo
