we're going to korea during chuseok and its actually super annoying bc everythings closed
been rearranging s*** like crazy

i think some places are still figuring out their holiday hours even

i checked jeju island
and hella s***s closed there too even after chuseok since theres like extra korean holidays this year that week

anyway i was revisiting my itin for jeju and i had planned a spot for bomal kalguksu (mollusk noodles), bomal porridge, and bomal pajeon (mollusk pancake)
but this spot literally just announced today that its highkey closed the entire week

and on a different day i had planned a place for bomal porridge and abalone mulhoe (cold seafood soop)

i was going to replace the first spot w a different bomal kalguksu spot since the original was closed
but then thinking about it more
maybe i dont need so much bomal

my friend has updated her diet to also include every meat thats not pork
so lowkey ... we cld f*** around and get black hanwoo bbq????
