Just made the best home fried potatoes of all time OF ALL TIME

diced potatoes to 1 cm cubish, seasoned, fried in oil, then i added diced spring onions, parsely, rosemary, bacon. Cooked till the potatoes and bacon were nice and crispy. I removed excess oil and then tossed in blue cheese butter

gave this a try yesterday, i'd say best fast food spice to it i've experienced. that spice being purely from the sauce itself
