A lot of their spots they reserve for walkins, so if ur not a huge group of 5 or more, u can just waitlist.

If u go before 5 and stand in line to put your name down, you probably will get quoted 1-2 hrs can probably expect to get a table arnd 6:30 (they text)
U can in the meantime go get boba at lazy sundaes or walk around essex st market or hit the front room
Or go get sum quick like ramen

If u get there around 5:45 u probably will get quoted 2-3 hrs and sit around 8:30
In which case u can just go get dinner

I think by 6:30 your looking at after midnight tho

And even if ur late responding or getting there, just let them know ur sitch/eta and theyll get u

For large groups, if u put ur name down before 5:30 u might not get seated til after midnight
