charsiu bun from golden steamer -- p solid, bf thought it was on par w mei lai wah but i like baked charsiu buns more
old lady cake from dragon bay bakery + second charsiu bun
both were ass-- old lady cake was unspeakably mid, not flaky at all, filling was weirdly gummy, etc. bun was rly salty but had no other flavor

but the chicken murtabak rly hit it was v nice, had a nice carmelization

uni and crab nachos on the left (i didnt care for, friends liked a lot)

beef tartare queso: i rly liked, friend was meh on. has popped rice on top that rly hit
these r the seven salsas in order from closest 2 farthest for n e 1 curious

carnitas to share + prawn fajitas
prawns were very whatever, carnitas was good but not crazy

left is the avocado dessert (ft eucalyptus yogurt molded into avo shape and lime raspado / shaved ice), top is their corn ice cream taco, the other two make up their arroz con leche / rice pudding ft apricot sorbet

yea i always ordered online and i saw the crousti but there was no photo or no mention of cardamom/no description so i just passed on it everytime smh lol

hủ tiếu nam vang at the top right, noodle w like shrimp, ground pork, pork liver w broth on side. apparently khmer / chinese cambodian in origin
black eyed pea pudding ( basically sticky rice thats rly soft w some beans thrown in and coconut cream on top, rly good but dont need the beans)
all very good, i think this place slaps
they do random specials fri-sun they post on their ig ahead of time

i fl like this spot goes in the same vein of thai spots that rly appeal to chinese foreign exchange students lol idk what vein this is but its that fish cheeks, wayan, wayla, soothr, cha long, etc vein where nothings super fish sauce-y or super spicy and theres a lot of coconut cream
