But we stood in line at this korean import bakery Butterful and creamorous
Got a pistach croissant a jalapeno cheese curry pork croissant

And a cinnamon roll w jam and whipped cream

Cinnamon roll was like 0/10 it was spicy from the cinnamon qty it was giving red hots

curry croissanr was sad and soggy, kinda cool flavor combo tho but i wldnt get it again… the meat inside looked kinda sad 🥲 mayb j bc it had been sitting but idk

The pistachio one was p fresh, pistach whipped cream instead of the typical paste, which i liked a lot bc the cream was flavorless LOL so it was j plain whipped cream n the pistaxhios on top. Not very sweet at all which i appreciated

Croissant itself was mid level compared to ny: good crumb structure, flaky and crisp outside
But the inside wasnt buttery at all, wasnr chewy at all, and overall flavorless. Still soft and airy but….. something missing

Allegedly they use top qual french flour and butter but idk its not hitting for me

They have like dozens of croissanr flavor combos but i fl like its compensating for the lackluster base croissant

But id eat the pistachio one again if its fresh again but its kinda hard to tell
Its kinda annoying to stand in line for something and it only maybe being fresh tho 😅
Defs possivle that its that some r more popular and get replaced faster tho

And the shop overall has an ass layout and its very bargain bin chaotic of ppl grabbing s*** left n right which i hate

Chockful of raw cinnamon flavor and little else. Absolutely do not buy

Was almost too crumbly like if u ate it plain u just kinda have a mouthful of sand

Same interior design and decor, both serve their bagels in like those takeout containers used for korean bento cakes
