Lot of this argument is people projecting their own feelings into how vince should also feel.

That is like....99% of most the "problems" that Vince gets into is because of that. (e.g. "I don't invite strangers over to my house" and everyone getting mad because they don't have the same rules about privacy so vince should by default be just like them.)
