I agree they think him being levelheaded/ not invested in the sensationalized trash is bizarre to them. They want a rapper thats like "omg I wasnt on complex list , didnt win the grammy, my favorite song is senorita I been chasing that sound since I have nostalgia for that moment" when Vince one of the few artist where each album has truly been a different sound while articulating the deep pain. Where his interviews he been joking with dark humor but shows his vulnerability whether people admit it or not
