One thing ive noticed is that a lot of people still dont understand Zosia is not an actual person or even a character, it did take me a while to like wrap my head around how the hive works and i did feel like there was some signs of individuality in her at first which i think shows how great the writing was, it was so misleading. But sadly like you said some people just sound like they havent watched any of the last few episodes its strange

The difference in quality between season 1 and season 2 of the leftovers says everything, it was like watching two different shows.

Season 1 was... okay. It took itself so seriously and that's what they learn to not do on the next ones, it gained so much in confidence on the writing by getting rid of the solemnity

This is true S2 was wayyyyyy better. I liked S1 but S2 is when they really go creative with it.

There was never real signs of individuality in zoisia I would argue people especially lgbt shippers saw what they wanted to see . All we ever saw was Helen and carols fans fuse . As well as it learning what Carol likes including sarcasm . Zoisia herself again Carol only knows she likes mango ice cream and has a likely dead ex be it man or woman who isn’t part of hive

Yeah i mean ure right what i meant is more i feel like the show was kinda leading us into that direction because it was what carol felt was happening she was convinced she was able to "sever" zosia from the hive so i was basically looking for clues of it being possible 🤔 it becomes very clear its not a thing later on
