I’m not trying to speak out of turn, but with maybe an exception of a week or so the site is being worked on. One of the things that has been implemented is a new support system to resolve issues from users faster: ktt2.com/new-support-system-supportktt2com-109373\. Maybe that also addresses the issue. That certain features or bugs shifted in priority (the app for example) because of sudden needed or required features to provide for a better experience of the website. So possibly you won’t notice these changes directly. But that’s just me thinking out loud. I don’t know what’s on the roadmap right now, but I guess they’re working on tools for moderation and support.
