Usually within a day Id guess (depends ofcourse), but I think there were some issues with that. As you’re maybe already saw theres a new ticket system for support/help issues. To make sure every issue is being taken care off and doesn’t strand on a pile of emails where it’s unknown if it’s handled yet (ktt2.com/new-support-system-supportktt2com-109373). @team correct me if I’m wrong. If you send an email to support@​ktt2.com, it’s more like likely you’ll get a quick response. So it’s probably best if you haven’t had a reply within 7 days to send it again to support@​ktt2.com.

both of these are already implemented, you embed gifs and videos the same way you embed photos
