I agree. I think all the flips on the usual cliches was nice as well. The entire film leads up to one single point and flips it, even if it was a little predictable. My favorite film this year and I think one of the best.

Cabin Fever is one of the best horror movies of the 00s. Hilarious undercutting of teen s***comedies of the time to boot.
