It’s not justs lines that separate good acting from great but mannerisms, facial expressions and chemistry between the actors etc…
The script and director obviously makes a difference depending on the type of film. If it’s an action, blockbuster type flick then I agree there’s not much difference.

Shooa-ragnarok is not as good as you niggas act like it is. 7/10 at best. and love and thunder was even worse. also taika waititi sucks
-jordan peele is overrated as a director Get Out and Us is cool, but Nope looks like he's bout to make the same movie for the third time. Like nigga what else you got to offer? Show some variety
-every piece of material after the Sozin's Comet Avatar finale was a mistake and only tainted the legacy of the original show. Korra? Ass. Comics? Ass. The movies that are coming up, quite possibly gonna be Ass.

Kinda agree halfway on the last point, though I don’t think that escapist entertainment is limited to sci fi/fantasy. There are more interesting ideas that can still be somewhat grounded in reality. Look at Atlanta and Barry. I am definitely tired of crime empire shows. It’s very played out now and I don’t see how people are still entertained by the same tropes

Kinda agree halfway on the last point, though I don’t think that escapist entertainment is limited to sci fi/fantasy. There are more interesting ideas that can still be somewhat grounded in reality. Look at Atlanta and Barry. I am definitely tired of crime empire shows. It’s very played out now and I don’t see how people are still entertained by the same tropes
