In the new UAP legislation proposed by the Senate, it states that there was an abuse of the Atomic Energy Act to keep information hidden.. Records were classified as “foreign nuclear information” when they shouldn’t have been which would be illegal.
Congress has seen the evidence but it can’t be shared with the public yet

Apparently the security budget for these crash retrieval programs is way higher than the budget for the actual research.
