Parenthood really shifts your mental in a good way but it's not for everyone
Parenthood doesn't shift everyone's mental space....
I don't haha Kee Kee with these niggas
Tell em 💅
That spelling is the straightest thing I've ever seen
Nah he’s torn between settling down or keep being a f*** boy. Y’all really itt downplaying an artist attempting to be introspective…in a time where hip-hop arguably needs it the most imo, but go off
RT
Just finished my 2nd listen… like it much better than the first listen this morning
Gonna roll a few woods tonight and listen to it another time or 2 to get the real vibes

I gotta do the same thing because I could tell it's something I'd be into for the most part when I was listening this morning but most of it was not clicking.

“already on my third listen, this time with genius open and a notepad.”
“already on my third listen, this time with genius open and a notepad.”
classic beef thread meme
I believe it just based on the positive effect my nephews and my niece have on me.
Ultimately I can barely take care of myself and I’m poor. Biggest prerequisite for having kids is to be comfortable middle class. The hood traumatized me and I don’t want to bring kids to that kind of life. Also I’m terrified of genetics and how strong mental illness runs in my family. I feel like I might adopt if I get my s*** together in my 40s maybe given I find my person too. But even then it might still be a no for me
Yeah children are EXPENSIVE man. You really gotta be financially prepared for allat but it's always good to know your limits and when you're ready. Prevents trauma getting passed down.
On 2nd listen my initial favorites I liked less, and some of the ones I didn’t like are now my favorites
still crazy to me how tyler went from making edgy horrorcore for white kids to soft soulful songs for art hoes lol
The thing is Tyler really can bar out and use all sorts of intricate pockets and technical flows if he really wanted to. But it's clear that he likes to prioritize song structure over exercising his rapping prowess.
It's a give and take.
F*** IT is proof of that tbh

Yeah it was hard to take it all in during the first listen at 8:30 am lol
S*** starting to click now
I wish Tyler had more relatable bars but I think it'd be dishonest for him to act like he has the same life experiences as most people, he's weirdly antagonistic towards his listeners in a way that most artists aren't sometimes tho
