The supernatural/esoteric element is one of my fav aspects of the whole series and that wasn’t even in S1

Not even s***ting on S1 i just feel like S2 gets an unfair treatment for that bad stretch (that you could argue isnt even canon since Lynch left at that point)

Season 2 or Season 3 finale. Don't get me wrong, the pilot is great

Season 3 finale? I thought that was one of the worst moments of that season. It just left me empty. Maybe that was the point but yknow. Not reall fulfilling ending

either S2E1 (the warm milk scene already solidified that immediately for me)

The 7-9 bits with Leland and Bob

And the last episode of S2 because everything in the black lodge was mind blowing and it’s the most important episode too (of the OG run)

But The Sopranos ending didn't leave you unfulfilled?

Felt the same way after my first watch but once you let it sink in a bit and start theorizing that’s when the realisation kicks in how great of an ending it was

Well, I feel like both finales were unfulfilling at first, but they've really grown on me.

Not exactly because i still think TP season 1 is near perfect but the highs of S2 are some of my favorite moments ever in film/tv so from S2 onwards is when i really started to fall in love with TP so its a lot more iconic for me personally

I just didnt get much out of the other world part of the ending. It dragged on and the very last moment felt like it shouldve hit harder
