I think it’s just cus I had nioh fresh in my mind because I don’t remember hating it in daybreak but I was just feeling how unnecessary it is when I played the demo. I rather just have command battles tbh

it's not deep or anything but it comes in handy when clearing fodder, chipping away at a stronger enemy's health or gaining a pre-battle advantage before switching to turn-based

It’s been so long since I played erebonia but I think I remember it just being one of those where you do a single back attack or charge attack in the field for an advantage

Think I just prefer having it that way instead of what we have now

I'm actually a big fan of smaller squads and more local settings. Makes everything feel a lot more intimate. Just being able to see people out and about throughout the city snd having small scenes with them is really nice.
