You keep acting like being arrested and prosecuted itself means anything at all. You need to realize not every single person in history that has ever gone to court is guilty of something. They'll charge you with anything they can think of just hoping 1 thing sticks. Any lawyer will tell you that and this is a normal practice it shouldn't be but that's how the system is. They need to keep up the charges or lose funding just like police will make arrests to make their numbers look good on paper even if it leads to no one going to jail

The hospital only treated megan for minor injuries, like cuts and scrapes. And never treated her for gunshot wounds. The court is asking megan to come up with the bullet fragments that she claims was taken out of both of her feet since the doctors never actually recovered them from her feet as she claims. Also, there was gunshot residue on her friends hands that suggests she fired the shot.

Also it has come out that megan and her friend got into a physical altercation inside the car.

But the main thing is that Megan was never shot in her feet. And she just blatantly lied about something that serious.
