There should be concrete evidence this took place. If the guy testifying to “dance, b****” is also saying there is no physical proof of this - as a prosecution witness, it’s really not a good look.

Huh I’m just posting the updates… with every new detail the case gets weaker that’s not my fault or bias. The entire case hangs on her being shot - if there’s no fragments and the Dr’s statements say the wound was superficial it is hard to prove that she was shot and that she wasn’t cut by glass. Tory just needs to stay quiet and let all the contradictory statements confuse the jury. The most he will get charged for is carrying a gun and potentially firing a gun. But again who actual fired the gun is also muddy if no GSR was found on him.
