ARCADE GOONthe perpetrator is trying to cover his ass
1.) screenshot the conversation with your crush and the one with the perpetrator, put it somewhere safe like on a USB stick because you might need it months down the line
2.) tell the perpetrator he will get into legal trouble if the images leak to the public, tell him how high the punishment is for revenge p*** in your state, and that you're not joking around and that it would be obvious who started sending the picture around
3.) take a screenshot of the phone-call-ID of the conversation you had with the perpetrator, time and date
4.) reverse image search your pictures every once in a while on google and on tineye so you can keep an eye on whether the image has leaked
5.) if the image has leaked to the public, try to use either the website's takedown form or a DMCA copyright form, because you have copyright to the pictures you took, so that you can take the images down - for this you should keep the images you sent stored somewhere safely, like on a USB stick or a hard-drive
6.) if the images do leak to the public, talk to a lawyer to file a criminal case against the perpetrator as well, google if there are pro bono lawyers in your area willing to take such a case. police unfortunately won't be too big of a help at first because these types of cases are still relatively new
7.) if you are underage, you can hit them with the child p***ography charges too

Personally I like to keep things vague when sharing my personal life on the internet, but even if you're right its pretty obvious whoever they sent them to broke their trust so who cares regardless. It's illegal and morally reprehensible.

If you aren't prepared to handle the bad, you shouldn't be playing the game at all tbh. Protecting yourself from human nature requires constant vigilance, you can't just rely on moral rules you created and assume everyone is going to respect them every time.
That being said, it doesn't mean justice can't be served either.
Ellinia 🍰Apr 23, 2020I've got friends with the exact same story. Don't deal with dudes who push for nudes. F*** what they say too bc they'll lie to get you to send it. If they don't share it immediately they'll share it sometime later. Idk how old you are but sharing nudes is a bad idea period.
Now about the legal stuff, idk the details about that but I'm pretty sure there's laws against this. But it could be difficult to prove it's you without your face in the pic/it's easy to deny for the people involved, so idk how that would work.
People think it's not that bad if your face isn't in it but I can imagine it'd still feel horrible. I hope you can get through this.
