Hilarious character
Tim as soon as you mention that you like comfort in your life

I didn’t peep this season because people were saying at the start it was mid. Out with friends/acquaintances last night and everyone was theorising and having old school water cooler, pre-streaming type conversations about the show
Not the best decision to let illiterate people on social media impact what you watch.
Damn Belinda did P***chai like Tanya did her
thought that this in particular was fantastic
probably the most controversial finale, thought Mike was going to take it much darker here. relieved that lochlan made it but I was ready for the worst lol
love Jonestown strategy from dad.
Belinda storyline lined up nicely
It was nice to see the girls get on
the goggins murder is the only story line I felt was just too convenient with everything, and was messy.
Still processing but I’m locked in and look forward to rewatch
liked the finale, but i wish there was some more scenes post-shooting and all that. I dont think it takes the top spot from the first season but still some of the best stuff on tv today. In hindsight I feel like the jump to 8eps wasn't warranted, there was a good stretch of 2 to 3 episodes where several characters arc were pretty plateaued.
not sure how i feel about the rick storyline
it feels really dumb to me atm
Yeah after sleeping on it that one really feels the shakiest and least thought out
Left us with more questions than anything

I personally also think Goggins was out of his element all season and that is part of why it all felt a bit flat.
Rick storyline the only thing that feels poorly written but I’m okay with it because it gave us a great ending
Gaitok didn’t redeem himself and ultimately caved in to go against his beliefs, he didn’t protect anybody just shot a guy holding his dead GF with his back turned just off orders from an owner
The lochan thing was nice , bro made his first move at some kind of real agency so he deserved to stay alive and gain some perspective at the same time
I didn’t like him coming back to life
moreso because of Tim

i see what you are saying and do not disagree as it relates to Gaitok, but rick was a bad person that deserved what was coming to him***
Crying man she put the jets on 'em.
I’m thinking next episode piper returns to her father , says something that makes him think she has to be killed to save her from poverty because she could not last in the monastery one night and Lochlan actually proves he can stay in the monastery and live in poverty but is poisoned by the suicide fruit accidentally, idk if he dies probably not unless the seeds get crushed in saxons blender
Now that the season is done
I'm gon be real and say that this was the weakest season out of the 3
Still enjoyed it but i feel like some storylines were
Number 1 on my list is Tim - Tim story was interesting up until he gave up his phone and just went on a d*** binge. The dialogue between him and the monk was beautiful but other than that he was just a d***ged out hobo fantasizing about murder
The poisonous fruit was not poisonous???
So rick's pulls a gun at the owner of the hotel, realizes there's no point to kill him and that he's better than that, goes back to the hotel like nothing happened, sees him and goes back to "kill him mode" because he called his mom a s***. Oh btw hes your dad
Gaitok says im not a guy who likes violence, then proceeds to kill someone, but lets the robbers get away with it????
None of the survivors even mentioning the shootout is kinda crazy - like "Yeah the hotel we just left just had a shootout were like 5ppl died but time to go"
Chelsea was a cool character but her whole jig was "i love my bf" - she advanced Saxon's arc a lot and was great comedic relief but idk
Saxon asked his brother to never do weird s*** again
And lochlan said I’m a #Pleaser
His justification for that was wild
another reason I was okay with him dying
Laurie's monologue was the highlight for me. Also like how they wrapped up Belinda's storyline with the Tanya parallels.
I saw where it was going when Tim poured the pina coladas out in the sink but not the rest that was in the blender. So that was a bit sloppy, but Lochlan did vomit before passing out so him waking up didn't seem too contrived. I am a bit confused how the rest of the family was able to take one or two gulps without even any type of reactions that night/the next morning tho.
People asking why Lochlan didn't clean the blender, he obviously felt left out the night before and wanted to just try the little that was left and made a smoothie with it. A smoothie and some liquor. Making himself "a man." Made sense to me.
Idk, I guess Rick should've gotten back to the hotel and told Chelsea they gotta get up outta there immediately. It would be fair to assume dude wouldn't take kindly to being threatened in his house. But it was also their last night and the guests have prearranged travel plans with the hotel. Even if they found another spot for the night, they would've had to return for the boat transportation. That part wasn't that much of a big deal to me. Same with dude not coming out being like "I'm your father" lol if that happened that way and there was some type of reconciliation, every one would still be rolling their eyes. He was an a****** dealing with an a******, and he wouldn't ever have to see him again so why would he reveal that if he didn't want it known.
The shootout was a lot tho. Lol they should've had a scene with Rick at the shooting range to show us just how real he was with the steel.
