Itās obvious the movie is being held up, which is postponing the album to some degree, however he chooses to fix the situation, well, Iāll be shocked.

"the rollout has never officially started" is the dumbest half-right argument some of you have been making itt (especially since it was yall who been saying he will drop the whole thing at once with no single lol) in that case, there was no point in releasing teasers and doing everything he's been doing for the past 8 months. literally nobody would care, we'd be popping in every 6 days itt to talk about how excited we are for the album in 2025 (just like i was saying before wake me up leaked), i was sure he was touring this summer and fall.

I have never said once that the whole album will drop at once. I have repeatedly said ITT that we are getting no album until at least 2 months after the first single drops.

Bro this is the last Weeknd album. Of course he is going to tease the f*** out of it for a relatively long period of time. Video teasers with snippets is completely different than an actual single. All this complaining is worthless, savoring the moment and the music when it comes is much more important

He changed the aesthetic of AHTD (Australia), because it was always 'postponed', never cancelled. People who had tickets get priority - that wouldn't be fair if it was a new tour, especially because they already got their refunds.
This was the earliest he could do Australia, but he couldn't change the name. The END IS NEAR and the other marketing doesn't make sense for AHTD, but because Sao Paulo is in 2 weeks, WE ARE STILL GETTING ALBUM ON 6 SEPT

What Iām saying is that Iāve been saying there will be no album until after that first single drops, the movie has nothing to do with that.
He couldāve dropped a single this summer and still left some months before the album.
Yāall were the ones expecting a brand new album in two weeks when we havenāt even gotten the single yet
