Nah there is but the selections just weren’t diverse enough, mainstream music this year has been awful.

Yeah but still those albums should’ve been included, plus those album threads actually have quite a few pages and would probably attract more people to actually partake in the voting process.

I think it's the amount of people who don't actually participate in the critic game or threads. If OP linked all his threads then we can update the list much better

Usually when I select albums like these I get like 5-6 responses, I'd do them more, but hip-hop albums usually get the responses

3DotsI was gonna say good list until I saw ariana grande in the bad category. What gives? Thats a landmark album from someone constantly putting her best into the game. She’s never dropped a bad album since her debut and its kind of annoying to see people put her down like this lol. Just another example of a woman having to work twice as hard for half the praise i guess 😒.

This album is okay, just not as strong as her last 2, I gave it a 7. Definitely not a bad album at all

Yeah that would be better but I think you should do a proper top 10 projects for this year, let people add their albums to some sort of list then do it that way.
The results here really don't represent this site very well if at all.

no question, list is terrible but even the phoebe thread has only 18 pages, not bad for ktt but it pales in comparison

bazzawomen generally make worse music than men, its just how it is
the best music this year was by far made by women so I don't know about that one.

I'd also do it by rating and not by amount of votes as that wouldn't really be fair for those with smaller fanbases.ktt awards with high voter turnout would probably be better but I'm not sure if artists like fiona and jessie would make the top 10, ftbc is extremely divisive, yves and phoebe might have a chance but I don't know if they prevail against some of those rap albums, ig there's gonna be subcategories so they might still get their flowers
