most of them have moved onto something else to be offended about but some of my coworkers listen to him. And I think they started to bc of the Superbowl.

I listen to a few of his tracks bopped my head at a few, but the language barrier still stands in the way lol.

They play his music in the Latino club I used to go to. I'd say it's the quality barrier that prevents me from getting into it.

I could understand some of Bunny's lyrics if I tried. I really liked his album title Debí tirar mas fotos when I mistranslated and thought he was sarcastically telling a bad b**** she should take more pictures of herself. Like making fun of her for spending so much time on her phone

I have better ideas for a bait thread. But the Bad Bunny SB was wild.
He lacked the numbers and name recognition to host. Like Bad Bunny was not doing superstar numbers in America, and he didn't have any transcendent hits that the average person knows.
And the idea that the halftime act is supposed to bring in new viewers instead of something enjoyable for regular viewers is weird.
But, since the SB, he has been doing superstar numbers. I think that playing into the culture war is the next big thing for music. Obv attention seeking behavior is nothing new, but this is the first time we've had something quite like this imo.

It was the one time that they booked an act right after they had one of their biggest years ever.
Usually stars aren't crowned until well after such years, but Kendrick had one of his most successful 12 years in, which helps lol.

Any other artist that has two of the highest-selling albums of a decade and does stadiums tours by themselves would be called a superstar in this country. The only way they wouldn’t be labeled as such is pure bigotry
