Life After Death is PERFECT and a better album than Ready To Die Listen to the whole thing again and realize that Kim was spitting on Another, it was a album cut that had a concept. It's not meant to be compared to the best tracks of the album. F*** You Tonight is literally a classic Rap/RnB song.

Life After Death is half classic fantastic Big songs and half 90s R&B/quiet storm type tracks that Puff orchestrated. If you took them off it would be a fantastic sequel to Ready to Die. Every song of there has a purpose. Mad songs, especially on the second half in the middle and end, that are just there to be there as potential hits or radio play on Life After.

understandable. i myself just changed my mind about it recently. i see it like is “one time 4 your mind” filler on illmatic? is “aint no n****” filler on reasonable doubt? every classic single disc has “filler”. so a double disc would have double. still classic

Neither of those are filler to me. I love both those songs especially that Hov song, the beat is ridiculous. I really only use filler for Life After Death cus of the context of bad boy and everything, they really act as filler on the album on purpose.
