I'll listen and I'll tell you, judging from this one song, this is going to be good stuff

Love this album. I’d been trying to grab a copy on vinyl but it always sold out, finally got mine today though.

That’s a great album he linked you. You can trust his recs, he’s always putting me on to riffs and jams. And that’s why I love this thread, we’ve carved out our own little niche here, and it’s nothing but solid people.

Really solid dm band. Album just came out this year and it’s so good. Their Bandcamp description is hilarious but pretty fitting.
“Combining ripping, violent rhythms with razor sharp riffing and trancelike pulses, BLACK CURSE creates true malevolence. The band rips open holy portals to times when Black and Death Metal shared the same principles, the same aesthetics, and the same diabolical wrath.
Produced with the heaviest sound possible -Endless Wound- crushes into the world like the spawn of primordial chaos. Herein BLACK CURSE crawl on the darkest lava fields of Doom, revel in the infernal storms of Death, and levitate in the utmost Black.“

God this Hail of Bullets record is good. Thanks for the reminder on that one.
Broski I honestly cant think of another song that riffs harder than Left Hand Path.. Maybe Angel of Death, Into The Void.. But that Entombed guitar tone is savage, that little breakdown where the riffs get extra thick.. F***.. Then those epic keyboards come in to set the mood, ending with epic melodic soloing..

That whole album is a masterpiece. One of my favorites. And I’m with you, the riffing on there is incredible. Crazy how many classic metal albums came out in that time span.
They’re repressing those songs on physicals, copped a vinyl last night for it

Link??

I love the songwriting on this track. Great melodies and a very emotional performance from the vocalist.
10/10 song.
