I really hope we get a 3rd game.
S*** is about to be a game of thrones situation where the show is out before the book but would be kinda interesting if we got part 3 before the game. And than the game fleshing out the show

I mean theoretically with how game development works the games story / narrative could be 100% complete by the time we get to the show but the game isn’t out yet since most of game development is actually making the game not the story lol. I’m sure Neil already knows what part 3 would be at this point. So the show would still be a stripped down version of that story

Yeah exactly, would kinda be cool to get the show perspective and than play the game

Need that, just keep Craig Mazin away from it with his s***ty writing

you don’t need to lie bro lmao

One thing which bugged me is when Joel killed the person and Elle snitched on him to his wife.
He was infected. Even if they tied his arms legs and bounded his mouth, it was to turn while riding that horse they were in trouble and would have to shoot him anyway.
Sometimes a lie is the sensible way in this world and the amount of bad things they done to get to that point to throw Joel under the bus just doesn’t make sense to me.

Ellie exposing Joel in that moment was less about him killing Eugene, and more about him just being a serial liar.
That moment was basically the breaking point for Ellie, and the moment where she had 100% confirmation that Joel is willing to lie right in your face with no remorse . Ellie was completely fed up with Joel after that moment
And when she tells him “you swore”, she wasn’t really talking about the Eugene thing, she was referencing him lying to her about the Firefly thing

Jesus christ... that's literally when she realized that joel lied about the hospital thing, and "you swore" is ellie directly talking about the final scene in season 1
It’s really exposing Maizan. The writing has been terrible. Given the strong source material it’s very disappointing.
I haven't read through the last few pages since this reply, but I did go down a bit of a rabbit hole after you mentioned Maizan and after the previous episode, it's 10000% apparent that he's the problem.
Pedro was so good in that porch scene wow
that holding back ugly-cry-tears unable to even answer questions dad face had me paralytic
