Me watching the show and
Tlou2 spoilers seeing Joel give his name to every stranger he meets, even tho tlou2 haters claim he would never give that info
How is complaining about the lack of violence and action unreasonable criticism?
Some of y'all act like this is an adaptation of Death Stranding.
I can imagine a show only watcher thinking what all the hype is about when they hear how game players are talking about the show ๐ญ

thats Iglnd lol
always the dumbest complaint cause itโs 4 years later. Heโs now old. Softened from Jackson. Just saved a young girl who is the age of Ellie, is treated nicely with hospitality. And itโs not even Joel who gives his name itโs Tommy

I agree overall wouldn't be surprised if they change it in the show though years later doesn't really matter but its more on Tommy who doesn't understand the gravity of what Joel did and how many enemies he would potentially have

Will be changes for sure but they better double down and do the same overall story

based on the events of this season I don't think double down is an option.

What do you mean by this? You donโt think they are doing 2โs story?

I think there will be changes of things that they view are too video game like to audiences. Same as they have done for this season. Changes for realism.

I follow now. I think the same. And honestly with less violence in season 2 (I mean without the 1000+ NPC killing encounters, not the overall violence) will probably hit harder as I know you hate that with the story it was telling
ngl this is kinda the worst thread on the internet.
Glad you see the light
ppl who actively hate the show posting 5x more than ppl who actually like it??? what is the point of that lmfao

Also in how they show the violence that is in the game but yes. Still confused on why they lowered the violence so much this season but it works
I haven't played the game so don't spoil
but holy f*** that's a s***ty cliff-hanger
