I do f*** with it as a story. Do wonder where they are going to go next in some regards.

Ellie would give anything to have more time with Joel although that "time" part focuses on violence , trauma , grief, forgiveness. I think in a way her story is complete. S\*\*\* in a way I think Abby's is complete too . Its partially about how do we even say sorry. How do we apologize when we hurt others, ourselves and those we love even if we believe what we are doing is just. Whether that is Lev and his mom where he was lit enough to ride back into possible and likely death for transitioning, shaving his head and bringing shame[?] to his mom, Joel for committing war crimes, Ellie for leaving Dina again to commit war crimes, Abby for committing war crimes but also denying war crimes lol. Abby and Ellie could have come to an understanding sooner and I think we as the player wish they would talk to each other or that they could see each other lives which is where we the player do come in. Do I think everything was effectively done ? No. Do I think them have mirrored lives down to the pregnant friend and lev was a little too on the nose ? of course lol. But the central meaning behind the game itself is beautiful. It is deeper than just revenge or "I want you to feel the pain I did" Because more than about the pain they both feel its about the loss, dread, apathy they feel. They give up everything they have because they feel they have nothing left to lose. I do think Tommy a s\*\*\* character in this though not like "shit as in a not a good person" but he a plot device to follow rather than worthwhile

When part of you wants to new game plus it on grounded with the level ups you earned but part of you also thinks some of it would be like "fuck all this "

its a solid third person game. Story wise I don't really like replaying games. That beginning option world portion even though I get its purpose of grieving is an odd pace or a tutorial feeling like area. I more want to see if grounded would be more rewarding or accomplishment. I have returned to gaming but havent beaten anything on hardest difficutlty since bioshock infinite 1999 mode first time. I need to play elden ring and Death stranding though
