Fougere runs down the hallway in the direction the combat noises are coming from, seeing as he probably wont get there in time in person he releases Jeffrae from his body. A transparent blue-ish fluid splashes forth and onto the ground, the liquid begins to move towards Elori with high speed. It comes to a halt directly next to him, smiling at him with what looks like facial features. Immediatly two tentacle like arms consisting of the same fluid gush out of the little spherical slimey-creature and move towards the spiders chasing Elori in an attempt to squash them.
Spider 8 gets smashed into the ground, almost pulverized by the force of the attack, it's only a bloody spot on the floor now, Spider 9 manages to just barely evade the deadly hit.

Spider 8 takes 11 Bludgeoning Damage and dies

Turn 2 Tariq

Tariq comes running down the stairs, chasing after Fougere, he sees him releasing the fluid and runs after it to support his advancing comrades in the rescue action.
Tariq uses a Dash Action to Double his Movement and ends his Turn next to Elori and the slime, looking at both of them confused and then asks "What is this?!" he takes on a cautious stance, not really sure if that transparent creature before him is a friend or an enemy.

Turn 2 Goliath Bird Eater

The Goliath Bird Eater once again tries to restrain Barry so it's children can gobble him up.

Hit Roll (d20+5): 13+5 = 18 Hits

The threads once again get spewed out of it's hairy mouth, this time they fly directly at Barry who's unable to fend it off.
Barry is restrained by the giant spiders web and has to use an Action to make a Strength Check (d20) to free himself.

Alright, so you're free in this case.
But then I'd say that you'd have to tell me from now on whether you switch weapons (like if you have the SAN Sniper Rifle Equipped or the Shield), else you'd be wielding a two hand weapond and a shield at the same time.

The Goliath Bird Eater still crawling on the ceiling dodge the acid bubble flying at him, it sizzles, part of the dangerous liquid drops to the floor. Spider Nr. 5 get's hit full on, it's whole body dissolves right away in a green puddle.

Barrys explosive potion flies through the air right therafter and shatters as it impacts the windows behind the both creautres, the flames shoot through it and over partly over the river. Like the small spider before Nr. 6 turns to ashes right away. Part of the fire touches the Goliath Bird Eaters
back, it starts to tremble in a hectic manner, looks like it's near death.

Well no, since you can use Dash as a Bonus Action thanks to your feat you'd get to one of the squares next to Tariq and you'd still have an action left to do something. (12 Squares of Movement)

Odeon rushes forth with immense speed, jumps over everyones head and lands in front of Jeffrae right after it smashed one of the spiders to mousse au araignée. With a swift strike he gets rid of the second spider chasing after Elori.
