Have you read the description of "Minor Explosive Potion"

Why can't it hit the area behind the Goliath which covers spiders 4 and 2? Elori isn't within that radius.

Barry throws his Minor Explosive Potion over the giant spider, it shatters on the ground, the flames spread around violently, hitting the Goliath Bird Eater and Spider Nr. 2 (Nr. 4 is covered by the wall). Spider Nr. 2 immediatly gets burned to a crisp, the Goliath Bird Eater loses some limbs in the fire and seems severly damage.

Turn 2 Spiders

Spiders 8 and 9 chase after Elori, Barry can use a reaction to make an opportunity attack on one of them if he likes (I'll rewrite the results of the spiders round in this case, should something change).

Both jump on his shoulders an try to bite him (without advantage cause he's not flanked anymore).

Nope. Your assumption is correct.
But you dont take any poison damage at all and only 1 Damage because of shield (ac 20) (so Im gonna add +4 HP Back again).

Transparent tiles flicker around Barry as the spiders are about to jump him, they all crashland into them and drop to the ground, only one manages to get through, but Barry flicks it away and as the true Chemist he's become he knows theres worse liquids in this world, it's poison doesnt manage to faze him a bit.

So you run down the hallway and afterwards summon/release Jeffrae on your Turn? Then afterwards it's Jeffraes Turn.
With it's 20 feet of Movement it could get next to Elori (J on the map, gonna add the image as soon as you decided what you're gonna do).
I assume you're going to want it to attack with Tentacles right?

So you could attack twice, meaning you choose two targets (or the same target twice) in a 20ft (4 Square) range around Jeffrae that it can see. In this case Spiders Nr. 3, 7, 8 or 9 could be possible targets, choose two of them and do the rolls for each target (Or something else if you have something else in mind).

The Hit Roll, to see if it you hit the target is a d20+2 (see Tentacle Description), the Damage Roll is a 1d8+1 (Because Jeffrae has 1 Str).

The Damage for the 20 roll is 6. And the Damageroll for the 11 is 7, right?
