I said a few pages back he should have shared the information. But if the question is related to his additional income, not pod related he does not have to.

We can all argue who's right and what's ethical here forever. You can also argue both sides are right. But one fact that cannot be debated is who is the sole owner of the pod. As the “owner” does not owe his employe’s anything other than pay based on the agreed terms and a safe working environment. If terms are breached take them to court.

In all of our cooperate jobs, the odds are the company can afford to pay us more.

And in a percentage based agreement in my opinion as the owner it’s your obligation to show the expenses and the margin splits based on the income from said property. The whole oh they’re employees joe doesn’t have to show them argument doesn’t hold up because they aren’t getting paid a set salary.

There’s no both sides to this, a lot could have been settled by simply Joe being open about what he should have been which is in relations to the POD I don’t care about any of his other s***, he should have shown the breakdown of the money and how it was being split in their agreed upon percentages.

Using real-world cooperate examples makes me look corny. I can't help that I have the experience. It's corny, to think it's weird to provide cooperate context as to why this isn't as crazy as everything sounds at surface level.
