If it's true that Ian and team have been using an app for their accounts then
no wonder it's all a mess
Ok what that gotta do with him hiding the books?
He said their contract doesn’t say their entitled to see the books
Joe may have taken some big battles but CTG winning the cold war ngl
he don’t even speak on Joe
Everything he said came true, theres not much more to day. He ll let Andrew do the gloating while he just sits on his throne and smirks
He said their contract doesn’t say their entitled to see the books
Ok but Rory and Mal said it’s in their contract that they do.
You really taking whatever Joe is saying for face value
He said their contract doesn’t say their entitled to see the books
that may be true
but you can understand why rory and mal felt uncomfortable
joe withheld information
that never feels good
and it's wrong
and it doesn't help anybody
joe is frustrated because he feels
like he was holding everybody down
the issue is
he didn't communicate what was happening
and when you don't do that
you can't get mad when people ask questions to make sure they are clear on what's happening
Joe the whole podcast was saying they had a salary and now in the live he admits it was profit sharing. This guy is nuts and a liar
Ok but Rory and Mal said it’s in their contract that they do.

I’m not saying I believe him, just that it’s an interesting point
He just saying anything at this point to save face lol
It amazes me how many viewers didn’t know how Joe was before any of this and a gasping for air, I guess they fell for the rebrand.
Well I mean a lot of the podcast listeners don't know Joe outside of the podcast
Joe the whole podcast was saying they had a salary and now in the live he admits it was profit sharing. This guy is nuts and a liar
He was paying them a salary that was a lot more than the profit sharing income.
He said profit sharing entitled them to 30-40k
It sounded like, Rory & Mal are confusing Joe’s earnings from the pod with his earnings from everything he does and think they’re entitled to a bigger piece
Again that’s just side stepping the actual issue. They were both willing to give up 1-2 months pay. All they wanted was an accounting of where the money is coming from. It’s Joe’s own fault for not being up front about everything.
Joe should just let this one past and settle it behind the scenes man
He won't because he's a dumbass but hey
He just making himself look worse and worse
He was paying them a salary that was a lot more than the profit sharing income.
He said profit sharing entitled them to 30-40k
why do you think
he didn't share this with them?

Forreal he left the biggest crucial detail of why they would need to see the books. Man is sick
why do you think
he didn't share this with them?
Because it reflects badly on him for not taking the ad revenue and spotify deal
He was paying them a salary that was a lot more than the profit sharing income.
He said profit sharing entitled them to 30-40k
Sounds like that would be great to show in accounting. Oh wait
He was paying them a salary that was a lot more than the profit sharing income.
He said profit sharing entitled them to 30-40k
Doesn’t make any sense. He said in the live when he got the Spotify deal that that was a lot of money, and them getting a percentage off of that was/would be too much, according to him, to be able to run the pod, so he had to pull income in from other places to keep s*** running.
That again just highlights Joe not being upfront about s***. The root of the issue isn’t about them wanting more money at all, they want to & needed to see the books, and Joe took offense to that. Y’all love saying Joe was/is trying to run s*** like a businessman in regards to his interpersonal relationships with Rory & Mal, but when they make it about business, he takes it as an attack on his character.

and that is why it's clear he needs someone to manage his thoughts / emotions
because this is unhealthy behavior
clearly
Lol 2 days in a row, joe working the narrative OVERTIME
Just a sign that he is stressed.
It is not a good look right now.
Gotta spin it.

Joe and Ians position is theres no deal, so they’re moving money around.
Rory and Mal think he misappropriated funds from the first spotify deal.
Joe said he’s been mixing all his earnings to cover the funds of the pod, and since Rory & Mal don’t know how much the pod earns they might think it’s earning more because of what they’re seeing
Not the smartest thing to say regarding finances.
Basically admitting he is hiding and moving money around.
He said their contract doesn’t say their entitled to see the books
He agreed that their pay was % based, but said off his net profit. He then said he did not honor the contract, because that would allegedly be too little pay for the guys.
He’s really all over the place. Even in this scenario if it’s true, as long as it’s % based they’re automatically entitled to see the books. He just admitted he didn’t honor the contract.

how will the court view this if he gave them more than they earned?
assuming that part is true
