I mean this was kind of Snyder thing too of just throwing all the big moments and visuals from comics into one movie. Fan service galore. Killing jimmy in first 5 minutes before we even know who he is and he winds up being a government agent. When Jimmy was supposed to be Clarks connection to humanity that he didnt want to f***

Like Batman spent all those years violent cause of death of his parents but he was at least killing those deserving. Lois Dies and Superman Anti Life just starts killing whoever and whatever when Lois could have easily died in anytype of way while he was dead so could have Martha. Its just kind of lazy writing and forcing Batman to be leader. Martian Manhunter reluctantly gathering them and disguising as their dead love ones or someone he knew could convince them would nearly work better

At this point I nearly hope The Batman dont connect to anything but more The Batman content. This whole mulitverse and connected universe thing leads to mix results when its different writer and directors and you can tell they aren't even picking up a phone

I'm just not attached to Ezras quirky Barry Allen. Not saying it's bad, just not a character type i usually enjoy a lot. But.... I guess there is room for those types.

But my problem with that is, why even make Jenny Olsen and show her so much in MoS then throw in Jimmy Olsen for fanservice because all the complaining THEN kill him and THEN not develop Jenny Olsen or show her at all after being involved in arguably the best scene in MoS.
