this is probably wrong but I kinda feel like Batman to the DCEU is like Iron Man/Nick Fury is to MCU... they kinda use Batman as an anchor to connect the entire universe like Nick Fury always popping up in movies and to a lesser extent Tony Stark.

I also haven't rewatched the The Infinity Saga or any of the DCEU movies in a minute.

Batman keeps saying Superman was a beacon of hope and inspired so many but it's Batman doing all the rallying and recruiting.

So if Batman is the Hope and superman goes nuts whenever his mom or Lois dies.... does that make Superman the Vengeance

I agree they should have focused on making original stories instead of trying to copy the MCU with connecting everything.

I think they need to full separate themselves, which I'm hoping this next batch of movies will do...
