Considering bvs infamous underwhelming box office performance, it was even affected back then. I remember when people said it’d be a close race to which hit a billion first between BVS and civil war. The only reason Suicide Squad did so well was the impressive marketing campaign (bohemian rhapsody trailer , soundtrack had songs from imagine dragons and twenty one pilots while they were on top of the world, new joker etc).

"All my friends are heathens" had ppl going crazy, along with the rick ross video featuring more joker footage then rhe whole movie

DC low key fumbled yet another bag when it came to canceling the joker harley spinoff

To this day ever single basic b**** shares those memes on Facebook of "get you a crazy ride or die that ll ride with you no matter what!" With pics of Harley and Leto joker snuggling 😂😂

Just watched it and loved it for the most part.

Ezra Miller's performances are quite incredible as the 2 Barry's

Andy Muschietti's direction is dynamic with a lot of creative visual choices and shots

Writing was surprisingly ON POINT - the humor works and so does the emotional moments.

Despite so much happening in this film, its always rooted in its emotional centre, which is something I don't see often in superhero movies of this scale!

Some of the CGI is horrendous but I can look past it because the rest of it is pretty amazing.

i’m not even trying to be a d***rider and i never been for dc movies but i really don’t trust almost any bad reviews or thoughts on this movie at least from these random twitter pages LOL there are some reoccurring themes but a lot of it just seems bitter and that they want the movie to fail
