Bledsoe and Pray for Him is like a peak Tyson one-two
You can lowkey tell that Alc had full creative control over this because of how good the production is and I just wish he had this level of control on everything he did.
The whole thing is growing on me but Iām still unsure
I just feel like the first four tracks have this amazing mysterious and surreal sounding vibe that gets kind of abandoned in the second half of the album
I also still really dislike the Be Realistic beat, didnāt care for it back when it first dropped

As a fan of One More EP, when I take out the factor that Iāve ran that s*** a 100 times already, this is a solid body of work start to finish imo
One More recontextualized in its right place as the outro is so great, you can tell they had the album done before they dropped the EP and made it all together in a short time
It is

Pretty certain they didn't. The EP came about due to Patta.
Then they all got the idea to do a full length. I remember Wiki talking about it in an interview. Might even have been the one with YNS. I remember him stressing though that they hadn't necessarily commited to a full length at that stage, just were exploring the idea and he was hopeful.

Interesting, if true then they just picked the perfect spot for One More
But tbh from what youāre saying I wouldnāt be surprised if they were just playing it close to the chest at that point and werenāt committed to dropping the album, so they dropped the EP selections to gauge reception and demand, like many artists do. But that doesnāt mean the album didnāt exist already
Just knowing how Alc always seems to work, and the cohesion of this project, with the last song saying āthis aināt the outro this aināt the encore, just one more thing to say before Iām outā, it just very much sounds like it was recorded in a week of these guys hanging out. Iād have to see the exact quotes but I feel like it could go either way.
Even the title, itās like they were at 9 tracks and needed āone moreā so they made that last one in an outro mode. The title and lyrics make more sense in that context

Did y'all pay y'all Apple Music bill?
Iām not talking s*** because I like the music.. but the thread titles for alch albums always follow with āRAOTYā like come on bro not everything he drops is that standard and you gotta accept that.

Did yāall try like closing the app and opening or maybe deleting One More if you have it downloaded or something

If you can show me an Alchemist project on KTT that ever said RAOTY I'll cashapp you $50.
Bledsoe sample is beautiful
