I am not a Gunn fanboy by any means. I am saying announcing casting isnt bad we dont need to know who they are until trailer. Announcing casting is better than set leaks or leaks changing the momentum.

I can understand people not vibing with it. Personally i just like Supergirl as a character, so i have bias.

But even when looking at this without my bias, and rose tinted glasses, the reception this is getting is baffling to me.
At worst this is just a "alright" movie. I feel like people are acting like this is a disaster of a film, when its just a run of the mill superhero movie.

If we're being real, i would put it on par with the B Tier MCU movies, like Thor, Captain Marvel, Ant-Man, etc. Something that is solid entertainment, but nothing special. I can't fathom watching this is close to as bad as the worst of the worst Superhero films, like some ppl are pushing.
