PurrpMy only complaint is they (seemingly off one teaser so it’s not the end of the world yet) aren’t really doing anything fun with this whole completely set in space thing. This is a broader Hollywood issue overall but in this case it lowkey just looks like she’s in a riddick movie on a generic riddick desert planet
Could be doing so much more fun s*** with outer space visually and getting fantastical with it. I hope there’s more of that aspect in the final product
This is like the moment I found out that starfield got no chill aliens in mass with side quest so I just had to do quest from all these humans in space. But I already do those same missions on earth. Embrace your weirdness and element

Lindelof won’t miss imo. The creators were him, one of the architects of Ozark and Tom King who knows this material
The credited writers on each episode consist of showrunners and alumni from Watchmen, Leftovers, Lost, True Detective, The Penguin, Animal Kingdom. And then on the directors team are people from Slow Horses, Last of Us, Westworld, Fallout, Game of Thrones, House of Cards.
A really illustrious and talented television-specific think tank are behind the show. It’ll be good.
Whether it finds an audience is another thing though. I’m pretty pessimistic about any of this stuff having a high ceiling / having high chances of breaking containment into general audiences. It’ll likely be a critical darling that no one watches. Which is an improvement Supergirl which is a movie that no one loves and no one watched
