NujaGill is trash, most VSkill 2s are ass outside a few, netcode is still busted and the mod for PC is probably getting patched soon before online tournaments. Female Seth is just ugh to me as well. The communication from Capcom the last year with SFV was horrible and how they handled DLC. I get that VI is coming soon probably but the whole lifespan for this game has mostly been a struggle
i feel like its too early to tell with gill since i dont think hes been used in a tournament yet and not many pro players even ranked him in the tier list yet. i agree with everything else though

Gill just lacks a lot to me that’s a necessity to win in SFV. He’s a fun character but it’s a lot that frustrates me about him
